Meet Our Experts
Daniel
Daniel is our Conveyancer in training. He’s the right hand man to our Conveyancers, Talitha, Donna & Meg, offering them support and assistance so that they have more time to spend with our clients. He’s a born and bred WA country boy, originally from Katanning and has lived in Busselton since 2013 with his wife and two dogs. His superpower is making friends with absolutely anyone and being a great team player.
Donna
Donna is part of our Conveyancing team. She is a local Busselton girl and has been working at Conveyancing Southwest since 2010. She loves the satisfaction of getting a settlement done (and done right) and helping people to take the next step in their journey. Her superpower is building great relationships with our customers and industry colleagues.
Shannon
Shannon is the second in command to Talitha, our Senior Conveyancer. With over ten years in the industry working at various firms, Shannon has learnt a variety of skills and different ways of approaching settlements meaning she’s always prepared for whatever comes her way. Her superpower is her attention to detail; she will always dot the i’s and cross the t’s.
Meg
Meg has been working in settlements since early 2022; she fell into the industry by chance but fell in love with it and is now ready to step up to a Conveyancer role. She would like to get her Diploma of Advanced Conveyancing one day and is eager to keep enhancing her skills and knowledge. She is a local down south girl who has spent time in Yallingup, Dunsborough and Australind. Her superpower is understanding and working with all forms of software and tech; she’s on the cutting edge of the latest tech developments in the settlement industry.
Sharlene
Sharlene is our Receptionist and Settlement Administrator. She is your first point of contact and loves delivering a courteous and friendly welcome at the front door. Her superpower is her speedy response time to any request or query thrown her way.
Talitha
Talitha is our fearless leader and Senior Conveyancer. She oversees the Conveyancing team and steps in to help whenever things get a bit unusual as well as focusing on business strategy and development. She has lived in Busselton since 2013 with her husband and two dogs. Her superpowers are organisation and logical creativity, meaning she always has a plan and can problem solve without missing a beat.
